T-Mobile’s Ray elected 3G Americas chairperson

Neville Ray, senior vice president of Engineering and Operations for T-Mobile USA, has been elected chairperson of the 3G Americas’ board of governors. Ray succeeds Kristin Rinne, senior vice president of Architecture and Planning for AT&T, who will continue representing AT&T on the board of governors. Elected as treasurer of 3G Americas is Jean-Louis Carrara of Gemalto, who has served on the 3G Americas Board of Governors for five years.
